Premier Creature Care must have access to your home.
You acknowledge that you're signing up to have one of our animal care providers come into your home and perform the task that you select for your pet.

Premier Creature Care wants to ensure that the client feels comfortable with our services in their home and to provide that extra layer of security and peace of mind for the client, Premier Creature Care will record all encounters, from entry time until it's time for us to lock up your home.
The videos will be sent to the homeowner via email and or text message shortly after the service is finished with the time stamps to show as proof.

Premier Creature Care will also use some of the videos we film to create content for our social media pages, to help advertise our business and gain exposure. This will not be done in poor taste, nor will it be done where it violates the client's privacy either.
There is a form to fill out if you want to opt out of videos of your pets being used in our marketing and advertising videos.

Our animal care team have been vetted with no arrest or convictions so the client can feel safe knowing the provider that's entered into their home, will leave it just as the homeowner left it.
Premier Creature Care is solely there to provide care for the client's animals and pets.
