We at Premier Creature Care hope that every client that uses our services, is over the moon with joy with the care their animals have received from us. We also know that not everyone will be over the moon with joy so we are offering 25% of the entire purchase refunded back after notifying us via email that you're canceling services and would like a refund.

What to include in the Refund Policy
A 25% refund of the toal price will be refunded within the week of Premier Creature Care receiving an email informing them of unsatisfactory services.
